Hi Jonner.

Not wanting to come across as disparaging mate, but if you're angling for constructive criticism, in the examples you've posted, your mask lines could flow a lot more smoothly, and the freehand work (particularly the dagger strokes in the hornet's wing) suggest you could use some help with your basic technique.

There are lots of good instructional books and DVD's out there in the market, which show basic exercises that build your skills through repetition, as well as advanced tips and tricks. We're big fans of Simon Murray's stuff - and he runs workshops on custom airbrushing that cater for every level from complete beginners upwards (and if you're in Dublin, you're near his home base). Alternatively, a search on Amazon turns up loads of (predominantly US) titles on the subject - but actually watching someone on a DVD makes things a lot clearer than pictures and text in a book.

Welcome to the forums, and keep us posted on your work as you go!
