Sticky door buttons
Discussion
Sorry if this has been answered a million times, I did search but couldn't find a specific answer.
My driver's door release button (95 Chim, button on rear wing behind door) is rather sticky. Sometimes it takes a bit of key jiggling to get it to unlock and disarm the alarm, and secondly the button itself sticks down quite a bit. Have tried WD40 and white spray grease but neither really helping. Is there anything I can adjust / replace???

WD40 is not a lubricant (WD40 = Water Displacement Attempt 40) try thinning down the white grease with some kind of solvent or use a silicone spray, release oil or similar...failing that lift the carpet on the inside and strip the whole lot out...clean and re-assemble.
