URL tag behaviour

Any chance of having this work like seemingly every other forum does, with the [ url = http://site.com ] text for link [ /url ] syntax? It's closer to the < A HREF > syntax for people who work with HTML, and a lot of people have trouble finding the | symbol on their keyboards.

Even adding something to the post parsing to make it work either way round would be much appreciated!

i always end up cutting and pasting from the 'formatting codes' window, then pasting in the url
