Kharma

Noticed a book on the bed earlier entitled Kharma in the classroom (my other half is a teacher) and asked her if it worked and she went on by patronisingly explaining to me what Kharma is...

her :"You know when you drive down the road in your TVR and scare old people into dropping their shopping?"

me : "only happened once love"

her : "well when your TVR breaks down later on, that's Kharma!"

Got me thinking, maybe TVR's are apparently unreliable due to bad kharma

By the mine is very reliable so i must go and upset some pedestrians at the weekend

Had a funny discussion with my "retired" neighbours ealier today. They asked me about the new car, and we got into how despite its volume, I tried to limit people's exposure to it, and always took it easy around people's homes. I then noted how my brother, despite being asked to take it easy, always seems to launch his Boxster as leaves our house. I explained that I didn't like that in case there were children playing nearby and they said "Forget the children. It's us oldies that can't get across the road quick enough".

All said with good natured humour.
