Lose the wing and the scuderia-style badges and I think it looks sweet. The wing, badges and irish plate make it look like a replica IMO.

Ok, Wing excluded - that is a STUNNING car and super rare. You can always take the wing off, and sell it on ebay you'd get a few K from those Crazy yanks.

That wing is disgusting.

Now I AM a huge fan of GT full width wings, IF they suit the car.
EX: Gallardo GT, Murci GT - I think they add a lot of aggression to them (just from a design pov).

However this one looks odd because:

Sorry to be a trawler but I couldn't resist. From someone that had lots of Lambos on his bedroom wall as a kid (and feels no closer to being able to ever get one) this is a little unfortunate. However, its not the most distastefully modified example...
