Anyone in/near Wimbledon?

Struggling to locate a 'local' Cerbera to have a look at, trade or otherwise...

If its not too presumptious - anyone in the SW19 area who might be prepared to allow a 'viewing'? Not to buy (although that is my objective) just to have a look round so I have something to compare against in the ongoing search?

Keen to get involved, but Fernhurst have none in right now, and Mole Valley have one the one which I'm struggle to make arrangements to get in to see.

I don't want to go wandering round the countryside to private sellers without having half a clue at least!

Not hair brained at all mate! Petclub recently did the same thing with mine (oh,missus!) Try and get to a local TVRCC or PH meet. Most owners will be happy to show you around their cars.

You are between two regions of the TVRCC & theres plenty of people out there who would be happy to meet.

Surrey meet tonight so it might be too short notice, but our mob (SE London & NW Kent) meet on Monday night (26th) at Dunton Green near Sevenoaks, let me k now if you plan to come & I will try to make sure a couple of the local Cerbies come along

I actually have someone coming round to rework the paintwork on the Golf Monday, so driving may be 'out' depending on how long paint takes to dry nowadays

Worst case - assuming paint is still doing its thing - it this place accessible by public transport?

... and of course, thought I'm keen don't want to put anyone out if the Cerbs aren't planning to be out to play ...

I think theres a BR station at Dunton Green, which would be about ten minutes walk from the pub. Im sure I could get you back to Bromley if thats any help

Just been chatting to NCS. I have a Cerbie 4.5 l/w(2000) and will probably be at the NW kent meet on Monday(R & C Dunton Green) , you're welcome to have a look over it, ride out in it and ask any questions you may have.

I'm the RO for the TVRCC in Surrey, although a good number of our folks are in the SW London area. I also have a Cerb. I'd recommend a trip to Fernies, but unusually they have no Cerbs.
