Hi all,

I am currently using pirellis p zero russos
and I am very happy with them but there seem to
rub out pretty quick, was just wondering if there's another
tyre that offers similar performance but a bit more longer lasting.

I know you cant have everything....but maybe I could trade a bit of grip for durability
on a different tyre.

thanks for any input....

Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3s are hugely better than any Pirelli in every department.

i'm using toyo T1R's on the old 328 coupe dunno what the wear will be like but the toyo's were great on my old MR2 turbo and wear on that wasn't bad.
i went for the toyo's as after a quick google people seem to go for the toyo or eagle F1's but i read a few posts of people reporting split side walls on the F1's put me off a bit.

Thanks for the input peeps,

I have tired the Eagle F1’s and in my personal opinion the Pirelli P Zeros
are much better in all conditions but the wear is about the same.

How is the wear on the pilot sport 2???

Are we talking about the Pirelli P Zero Russo’s here cos I found miles more grip
on the Russo’s.

I had T1Rs on the Gtir and was not that impressed, in fact I took them off
and got some parada spec 2 which was better than the T1rs but yoko do not
do it in my size.

Has anyone tired the Bridgestone pole positions I think SO3’s

The wear rating is on the sidewall of the tyre

PS2?

Playstation2, Parada Spec 2 or Pilot Sport 2?

I had 245s Pilot Sport 2s - they are good, but don't last.

Try the Paradas and let us know what you think... or did you say they don't do them in this size?

Bridgestone S03s are not as good as Goodyear GSD3s.
