What are the best shock absorbers to put on a griff and the best spring sizes . I can´t make my mind up and wonder if anyone has a recommendation

How much do you want to spend. If I had the money I would go for Nitrons. If not then Gaz. Personally.

If you're a rich kid then Ohlins (1750 quid), if you're a middle class kid then Nitrons (1150 quid) and if you're just a working boy then Protech, Gaz, Avo, etc. (600 quid).

Each will have their own spring rates.

Literally you pays your money and you take you choice.

Tykes are not tight arsed, just prudent. Nitrons are the best value for money IMHO (a very prudent East Yorkshireman)
