Hi guys, new on here looking for some advice.

I'm looking to buy a T350C but not sure what sort of support I could get without travelling hundreds of miles as I stay in Aberdeen.
I've seen a few TVR's going about so maybe it's not a big issue.

Are there any good servicing specialists in Scotland?
Are there any specialist dealers who know their TVR's and could supply a good one? or would at leaast have one or two to try?
Are there any I should avoid?

I don't mind travelling for the right car but would need to know it's been checked and is a good buy and I wouldn't need to go back with any problems.

I've seen a few advertised between £20-25K am I better with an early low mileage example or a late higher mileage (40K+) that's been used more?

I haven't been for a run in one yet as I know that would mean goodbye to the sensible head and it'd probably be sold.

Cheers

Gordie

Hollowlegs will be here shortly to advise... but there are several to pick from with varying distances from Aberdeen: but plenty of local experience and advice available.

And yes, if you don't want to buy one, don't get into one!!! Once bitten .....
Photos taken last weekend, have a look on the Scotland regional thread.

im being annoyingly indecisive at the moment, think iv decided to keep my T350 another 6 months, Le'man is booked, Nurburgring is booked and im wanting to really enjoy a summer of driving as last summer i spent most of the sunny months away working.

i did not buy my car with a warranty, havent needed it and my car (touch wood) is going strong at 21,200 miles.

its important to make sure the suspension/geometry is set up right, as the roads around aberdeen are bollox and it was just frustrating/scary driving at speed before having the nitrons and laser alignment done.

a couple of trips a year south for a service and check up is to be expected but thats no big deal as its nice to get a decent run.
