strut top bearings

looks as if old age and the salted roads the other week has killed off one of the strut top bearings :-( - rusty oposed to gritty

any ideas how much they are? if i do one is it best to replace both? and do you get the seals with them to stop it happening again?

forgot to add - its a vt2 gts - are the monaro mounts the same?
