Stupid Newbie 360 Question

Simple really - is there a way of exiting a game to the blade thingy without resorting to pressing the eject button on the disc tray?

Ditto signing people out (e.g I cannot start single player games cos both me and the gf are signed in apparently).

Press the button with the big green X on the middle of the controller.

Yep press (quickly) the big green x button in the middle for dashboard access, anytime.

lets you sign peple in/out, controll your music etc.

Perss & hold(for a few seconds) to get the switch off console menu.
