Ever noticed how whenever you fix an annoying foible that you've been living with for a while (say, like an intermittent boot release), something completely unrelated than goes wrong just to spite that smug feeling you had for a second or two (like the 100amp fuse link that went within 10 mins of me sorting the boot... and then the stepper motor glitch that made me do the tail end of today's run with a 2k idle... sigh) Alive and female I reckon

Alive mine is!It(Tamora)was tucked upwith its cover on and plugged into its drip feed,some weeks later removed cover to find it had developed a fault a door button was lit up. They do live and breathe!Bless her little cotton socks.
