thread on parking tickets

a little while back someone posted a very thorough post on parking fines/tickets.

Alas I cannot find said thread and wondered if anyone here could find the bookmark?

Feed in words "Parking Fines and tickets" as a Key word and you will get a plethora of advice from various councils, i.e.

www.wandsworth.gov.uk/Home/EnvironmentandTransport/Parking/Fines/default.htm

But if it is a specific incident then there are those that will try and help.
