Just trying to find out about the different liscences you need and the costings involved, plus the health and saftey aspect and insurance.

I wouldn't have the licensing details to hand but these are usually administered by your local council. I am sure if you access your local council website you will find some information on food standards and relevant certificates and licensing. The same would go for alcohol and health and safety licences.

Costings and markups/margins/VAT/PAYE and tax would be more my area.

I run a cafe for a contract catering company, never looked into the business aspects of starting the business up (and probably wouldnt, as I've learnt there is not much money to be made it would be a labour of love)
I can help with operational/food side of things if you need help.
