Endorsable offences?
Discussion
Are any of the following endorsable? If not, what is the deterrant? (I'm researching for my website)
Tax offences (no tax / tax but disk not displayed)
MOT - no valid certificate
Disturbing the peace offences (exahust to loud, revving at 4am in a residential area)
Failing to answer a producer
Cheers all.

2.no tax displayed=unsure,probably a small fine.
3.no mot=fine(about £20-50),no penalty points.
4.failing to produce=court summons for driving without a license, insurance and a current mot cert.
5.disturbing the peace=depends on the cop/magestrate i would have thought.

None of the above offences are endorsable.
Edited to input that failing to produce a document itself is not endorasble if you have it.
Failing to produce insurance or a driving licence if you are stopped in circumstances that require you to have both of these for your legal usage of the vehicle will not attract endorsment for the failing to produce, but will definately do so for the offences of not having them.
MOT offences are not endorsable.

Madcop,
In what circumstances/vehicles do you have to carry Insurance/D.Licence?
