removing boot badge???

Has anyone removed the rear boot badge before?? just wondering if there is an easy way to do it before i start stripping down the boot interior

held on by 2 bolts will need 8 mm socket access from boot behind carpet

Yes, I've done it before as the paint had started to flake off and looked crap! As I remember I had to peel quite a bit of carpet back to get to it and then it was just a case of 2 spring loaded nuts to undo. Make sure the boot release is working ok and consistently before putting it all back.........otherwise you'll be
