The leather/vinyl is coming away in places from the top of the windscreen surround. I guess exposure to heat over time weakens the glue.
What can i use to re-glue it?

That is starting to happen to mine too, when I asked the question of the garage, it was suggested that I wait until I need to replace the windscreen, because it's near impossible to put right with the windscreen in. Sounds logical to me, if not a little frustrating! rolleyes

For other general re-sticking though, I used evo-stick in the end I think, worked fine.

Make sure whatever you use is heatproof. I made the mistake of using a spray carpet adhesive that went soft as it got hot. Most depressing watching all my work unwrap on the first hot day. You can get specialist heat proof impact adhesive from www.frost.co.uk

What you need is a dead horse and a large pan.

Put the horse in the pan on a low heat. Bring to the boil and simmer for s few hours, stirring occasionally .

When the contents of the pan have reduced to a volume of around 2 pints, remove from the pan from the stove. Allow to stand at room temperature for at least 4 hours.

You should then have enough adhesive to mend your dashboard.

Mine is the same, I had a crack at it over Christmas and after half an hour and getting absolutely nowhere, I resolved to leave it until I replace the windscreen. Much easier to get at it then.
