E46 330ci - Coolant Light Keeps Flashing?!?

The coolant light on my 330ci keep flashing on and off now and again. The water level is perfect and doesnt seem to be loosing any. Could it be some kind of sensor thats faulty??

Have had a few faulty sensors over the years.If the level is good,even when hot then chances are the sensor has a fault.
