I have just purchased a 5 year old Carerra 4 with just 20k miles on the clock. Immaculate, HPI checked etc etc through a reputable dealer.

Heading down the motorway 2 weeks ago the interior light came on and the front windows rolled down (I was of course doing 90 and it was raining??!!

This has occurred several time since and the dealer I purchased it through has agreed to look at it.

Anyone out there with a 996 C4 who has experienecd the same problem? If so what was the diagnosis?

It's not unique to you..apparently James May (of Top Gear) also has the problem.

WOW - good company or what? It must be a door sensor or something pretty daft to be triggering the interior light and windows! Any chance of connecting me up with James?
