I've been trying to follow the situation at TVR as much as I can but I got lost around 6months ago!
Could anyone please give me a step by step guide to what has gone from when Wheeler was the boss all the way up until now. It embarrassing when I can't answer questions when friends ask!

Wheeler sells to NS in 2004 for £15 million allegedly
NS ceases production to improve quality etc.
NS lays workforce off, and takes them back, and lays them off again, and takes them back, and lays them off again.
NS shuffles the companies about in April 2006
NS sells rights to previous Speed 6 models and engine to TVR Power late 2006
NS sells Blackpool Automotive (production arm of TVR) to somebody for nominal sum (£1
) in Dec 2006
New owner of Blackpool Automotive puts it into receivership within days. Workers eventually get made redundant.
PKH (receivers) untangle the knots and find NS hasn't retained rights to intellectual property rights (IPR), badge and brand in non-Blackpool Automotive bits of TVR he still owns. Whoops
Several parties show interest in buying company from PKH, including the Al Melling consortium. :backtothefuture:
