I reckon the washer bottle is Mk1 VW Golf. Made by VDO.

The (blue) coolant cap is VW part # V443 121 321 "K41C Cover" - Give that part number to a VW Dealer and he should be able to find the header tank (Then you can update the Equivalent parts sticky for us all).
