I've been mulling a bit of an idea revolving around their (and their competitors) model. It's not a copycat idea, just it uses some of their vital components (i.e. the property infrastructure) and I thought the PH-massive may be able to enlighten me as to ideas of their costing models. So, if any of you guys know any typical figures for the following it would be most appreciated:

£/sq. m. for lease/freehold of the buildings

Typical fit-out costs for their kind of building and format
