Spend a few hundred quid respraying the wheels black and I think it would be fine. If you ask me, £60k looks a bit of a bargain* for a 18month old £80k car. (*OK - everything's relative.)

it was probably speccd by pork themselves to demonstrate how bad you can make a car look if you have the cash.

i remember a bloke selling a 996 c4s on fleabay about six months ago. the car was speccd by pork but only worse. it was white, with white wheels, white centre consul, white nav surround, dash strip, air vents, dials, seat belts, speaker covers etc.

it looked hideous. the funniest thing was the sellers insistance of calling the car "My baby" through out the ad.

Another PH poster brought the 996TT (with Grey wheels) from this dealer. Evidently, it failed the PPI on Engine/oil leak Issues...

Indeed it was I - and yes, I didn't go through with the purchase after the failed inspection (x2).

Still looking for a decent TT, although having peverse thoughts about an exige for some trackday fun at half the price... (or possibly a mk2 gt3, albeit for considerably more).

In other news, going to Swindon tomorrow to pick up an '00 Polo Gti for the missus/shopping car. Heated leather/xenon's & unmarked bbs with 62k fVWsh all for £4 and a bit grand. Bloody amazed.
