boot not locking

sorry to be a pain again had a new door and window unit fitted earlier in the week everything worked fine now the outside boot release is not working but i can hear the relay clicking when the release button is pressed also the actual boot lock is in the correct position but when i shut the boot it dosent move and secure the boot any ideas thanks cerby 4.2

Peel back the carpet to expose the cable that runs from the cerb badge to the locking mechanism. If the the spring hasn't fallen off, Its easy to adjust the cable mechanism to get it working.
