Is there an oil light on these things or just a gauge? Also what is the oil gauge sender unit from? i'm assuming something Ford but cant think what. Thanks.
Yes there is an oil light - If its not coming on when you put the ignition on, then the chances are the sender unit needs replacing.
I've never seen it or driven the car yet, where is it? I am making the loom fit the LS engine.
The warning light is in the Speedo, at the bottom. The sender unit is (I think) underneath, or every near the coil packs at the back of the engine in the V.
