I was clocked at 100 on the A9. This chap got me off a ban.

I was caught doing 90 on a 60 limit on the A9 last July. Suffered a £170 and 5 points. Unfortunatley this took my total to 11 all gathered within a 4 month period, so I have now sold my TVR Tuscan and am crawling about in an Audi A3 deisel for the next two and a half years!!!Then it'll be back to another TVR.
Still I didn't get banned had to make an appearance at Kinguisie (spelling) sheriff court didn't use a lawyer but I think it helped that I was first one in that day (maybe).

Good Luck.
