I used this stuff for the Italy trip. Difficult to say whether it helped though.
I tried Water Wetter, it made no noticeable difference. Apparently for maximum effect you should use it with as little antifreeze as possible (or none at all), but then you have to wonder what's happening to your engine in terms of corrosion - by sheer volume I can't believe it has the same corrosion inhibitors as 4-6 litres of antifreeze.
If it's just to make your engine run cooler, I've just fitted a Leven cooling kit (otter switch and lower temp thermostat) - cost about £25 (but I also changed the hoses at the same time), and seems to have instantly reduced the running temps of my car by about 10-15 degrees. Better way of spending your money in my book.

I used it ~ cant say I noticed any great difference, but there are reports that it helps prevent air locks in the system.
I only really added it because I switched to red antifreeze (akin to mineral vs synth oil). Its pretty expensive, but I anally drain by syphoning the golden mix out then strain and refill. I'm very green actually
Very happy with my Ribena coolant its working / lasting very well and far less gunge + scaling in pipes when I've inspected them, it is expected to last 10 years...
