my s has blown its coolant through a hole in one of the hoses. (conveniently at the end of a 500mile journey right outside the garage (well trained or what). Is there any advantage to silicone hoses other than appearance or should I just go for standard black ones?
Silicone hoses withstand heat better. But given how long the standard ones have been on, you may decide they're good enough to keep you going for another decade or two.
they certainly look better, any recommended sources or just the usual tvrcarparts?
