Rear Hub anyone ??

Oh, OK then, so is it a standard hub from a Granada ??

nope sorry - it's a custom tvr part not a granada bit - i just had to get mine rebuilt by a machine shop - lots of pratting about with jigs and welding - what's wrong with yours ?

Did you change the rear bearing yourself ?

You could try TVR Parts and after that Bellhill breakers.

When you say 'hub' which bit do you mean? The inner hub that the wheel bolts to is just Granada MK2, but the outer/carrier bit is TVR specific.

ahhh ... i assumed we were talking about the whole carrier - as you say the bit with the splines and studs on is granada mk2 - as to the bearing it just presses in and out with a circlip and some oil seals on both sides - you need around 10 tons of preasure and can use the old bearing outer as a pressing tool to put the new one in (you can just bash the old one out with a big hammer and some heat)

As a matter of interest, why does it need replacing? Is the spline a bit loose?
