The Classic Sports Carc Club are considering a trial race series later this year called "Future Classics". No details yet but judging by its other series, "Swinging Sixties", "Tin Tops" & "Formula Free" (see www.classicsportcarclub.co.uk) it will be based around relatively open regs and 40 min races with a pit stop for 1 or 2 drivers. I have seen this car advertised:

www.motorsportads.co.uk/race-cars/gt-sports-cars/7213.html

This would seem to be a good bet for such a series, as well as giving the option to race in the TVR series. Anyone know much about it? Easy to run, good reliability, easy to drive????

Just thinking about the future really, as I would have to sell something to compete in this series but it seems like a lot of car for the money.

If anyone else is thinking of competing in a TVR, think about this proposed series. Check out the club's news letter:

I'm racing a cerb in the tuscan challenge this year. Dont under estimate how much work these cars need to be a quick race car. I would expect the chim to need even more work than a cerb.

But dont be sensible just do it!!
