G64 Gearbox Codes

Hi there,
Just trying to find the spec of a gearbox I have for use in an Ultima. It's a 4WD G64 box with the serial code G64003L03499. I am taking the rear drive / clutch ass out and replacing with a mounting plate for the rear support instead.
Can anyone possibly tell me what this box is out of and what the gear ratios are?
