Please be on the look out, I need it back its sentimental also.

I am so angry and the police say it will take up to 48 hours for them to come and see me

If anyone knows or sees, hears anything please let me know by email, especially in the East Anglian region

Gutted for ya mate. Hope the police have some good news, but I doubt that'll happen. Look on the bright side, spring is almost here, and you'll have the insurance money in no time......you're insured right?

It's not a case of being nice or not. I really meant it seriously and not piss takingly. Seems a co-incidence, don't you think?

No no connection
Shes a lovely girl and its wasnt her fault
Its mostly mine
I was suffering with depression through not being able to see my daughter from a previous relationship and thats why she went as she couldnt stand me screwing myself into the ground anymore.
She is still there for me and helping me get better but only as a friend

Its probably the usual thieving chav scum that have done it and I hope they get caught

Thanks for your support everyone it is much appreciated.

Bright side...you're kidding!

It'll be at least 6 weeks min before the insurance will consider paying out, then there's the haggling period as they will offer way less than you are expecting, so you're looking at 2 months min before being able to replace it.

And then, you'll have the extra cost of insuring another bike as you will lose a min 2 years NCB plus the value of the paid claim sits on your insurance record for the next 5 years adding lots of ££££ to your next 5 years insurance costs.

Oh yes....there's a real bright side...rolleyes

And I know how he feels on both counts....although those two similar events were 2 years apart for me...cry

28 days......huh?

There used to be a standard 6 week period of waiting to see if it turned up. That was still the case when my Monster was nicked 2.5 years ago.

If it's now shorter then that's a recent development...

Your no claims bonus being protected is good, but TBH it's the 5 years of the claim payout on your record that is the real pain....the bigger the payout the more they sting you at renewal.
