Thumbs up to the MSA

Credit where Credits due. We all know the msa have had massive problems with the introduction of the new photocard licences the production of which was subcontracted out.

Today i got a letter from the msa with a Temporary Licence. This was totaly unrequested, and has saved me the trouble of having to try and call them to see whats going on.


Ok, so its not the actual licence but its nice to see an organisation that has a problem and is not just burying their head in the sand, but trying to sort the issue and also has put in place somthing to make sure their customers are not inconvenienced

Its good of them to do this, I had to use a fax as proof for testing last week!

Agreed, they do really seem to be making an effort to sort this out.

Apparently they were in all over the weekend dealing with the backlog.
