Cullman suction mount (sorry I know its done to death)
Discussion
Apologies, but I'm just about to part with some cash for a Cullman suction mount and extra ball head. I believe from reading around here and e.g. morguefile tutorial that this should be up to my limited needs.
I want to get some basic moving shots (i.e. not high speed) for fun without losing my SLR down the road. The pump action Manfrotto bases seem to be the choice of pros but are quite a bit more. Clearly I would spend this extra if the Cullman's not up to the job, since it's not worth risking the camera, but I don't have a lot of spare cash right now so would prefer not to.
What say ye?
