With the 3 now specced i was happy, although i went mad on the carbon , door sills , centre console (rear) small carbon pack & extended carbon pack , basically , carbon'd out to the tune of £3300

Is this ott ( bearing in mind the seats are carbon too) and will it look too darl , i have gone for black leather & 2 tone black / grey alcan. seats.

Any other ideas? I guess the alu. look is the only option , pics of lots of carron would be good!

Opinions / thoughts most welcome

Personally, not too keen on loads of carbon - a bit too 'try hard'. It's great where it serves for added strength and weight saving, but when it's just replacing plastic, it's really only (very expensive) cosmetics, and that's not what the GT3 is about. But, hey - it's your money - I'm sure it'll look fantastic....thumbup

I went for entry sills and rear console on the RS. Someone told me the entry sills look good against the carbon seats.

Each to there own on the Carbon and all that... but I have not got one piece of carbon in my GT3 and I love it that way. £3300 you'll never see again- but if thats what floats your boat... knock yourself out.

It's fine to get other people's opinions, but I wouldn't really let them dissuade you from getting what you really want.
If I asked opinions on my spec ie. incl heated adaptive seats - with all that weight,- I'd probably have to look away !!
Anyway I want them so I'm having them, and that goes for the PCM and Telephone too !!

my last car was fully carboned up to the same degree as yours. you wil not regret it if you like carbon. however if you want to save a bit of money, lose the carbon door sills. you never see them!
