LCD Panel - Help required

Hi All
wonder if anyone can help.
can anyone point me in the right direction regarding the LCD panel (sorry don't know the part number)on the centre of the console.
I am looking to source a fix/replacement and installation but cannot find one.
It's a year 2000 car.
Anybody know where i could get one fitted and installed please?
