Sale to be finalised next week, will then have 'around' £50k for my next venture..

Thought 'momentarily' about other marques, Love the look of a few massers, fancy a go in a M5 and even drooled of a phaeton confused but for the money, I can't even think about those until I've done the 996TT thing...

What the best I could expect for this money?

Pref is :

Colour: Meteor/Slate? Grey or Black
Interrior: Black

doaH........... NOW NOT NOT jester

Have you considered Polar Silver? a lot more exclusive that Arctic and rarely found IMO.

Have a look at this particular example with a very rare Black interior as most Polar cars were offered with Metropole.

When you mention Phaeton I presume you mean the VW, not the Dutton version?!

Anyway, seriously, I know of what looks to be a very nice 999TT that is for sale (although not currently actually advertised/marketed):

52 reg
Black / black
Manual
**X50 pack 450bhp UPGRADE**
BOSE sound
sunroof
Sports seats
Silver stereo/climate control surround
Silver rear centre console
Only 18,000 miles
Just had service and plug change
Balance of extended OPC warranty
New rear tyres 300 miles ago

The only thing it doesn't have that is often considered desirable is PCM/Sat Nav. Personally I think I'd rather have the 450bhp, which is far rarer of course (not surprising at £8000 for 30bhp).

PM or email me if it's of interest. I have pics I can send.

In a 996 Turbo you dont have time to look at the rev counter, never mind sat nav /PCM stuff

I'd be happy to have an X50 in consideration, saves me worrying about DMS type warranty issues...
