morning lads,

left my car outside a friends house for 10 mins and when i returned i noticed that some little thieving wcensoredker has had me fuel cap, im betting it was some chavvy spotty hoody wearing little kid who wanted a Noble souvenir. if someone could let me know where i can get another sharpish as i have a trackday coming up soon this would be much appreciated.

thanks,

Dean

Not sure which size it is but if you search AshM400 profile and look at his posting about a year ago you should find it

I guess the factory would be quickest and simplest, but I do remember seeing the exact one at GPR at silverstone in a shiney glass display case the other week.

www.gprdirect.com

Can't find it on their site though.

Maybe get the part no from factory then call GPR.

I never lock mine, especially after hearing stories about some owners having trouble unlocking them. I did hear from somewhere that the cap is a standard one from a bike, but not sure which bike!

I always lock mine, and I learned the hard way when mine got nicked.

Regular use of WD40 sprayed into the keyhole will sort out any issues with it seizing.

It's an Aero filler cap.

From memory, this is the one

The PDF lists all the options.

That's dropped in price since I had to replace mine about 3 years ago (I left it at a pump on the M40 services!)

Maybe there's nothing much else to do if you're not making cars any more
