US Dollars; the selling of

I am doing some business in the Middle East at the moment will be getting lumps of dollars in between $3000 to $20000 not convinced I should be exchanging via my business bank ( NatWest) any suggestion. Money is all legit paid via international transfer from big companies. Any suggestions, I've googled it but all the sites seem to be currency trading sites as in me betting against various currencies.
