Vodaphone V1605 mobile PDA

model: HTC TYCN - forgot


Hi All,

A very good friend of mine has locked this PDA/phone. (you've guessed it ...the kids !).

There is a reset button at the bottom but this did not work.

He has had the phone for two months and now cannot use it !

Can anyone shed some light as to how to unlock this.

this PIN is required even without the SIM .

Depends on the exact model Normally on WM devices I think it's hold down the power button and press reset for about 6 seconds. I trust he's got it backed up.

Hi Ram,

The easiest way to do this is hard reset. Hold down the left and right hard buttons under the screen, then press the reset button with the stylus.
