title tells most the story, basically i'm planning to drop a 2.0 engine in a chevette in the next couple of weeks (all things going well) but will need a custom propshaft made, anyone know of a fabricator in the fore-mentioned counties that can help?

i've been told about a guy in luton but have very little detail beyond that...

cheers for your help...

erm... shouldn't you finish the cav first? confused

Besides, surely all you need is the original prop and have it cut and rewelded down to size. So not a "propshaft builder" per se, but more of someone who can make decent structural welds.

oh yes and shout FINISH THE CHUFFING CAV! rolleyes

Welding it is easy.

Jigging it so it runs true, then balancing are the awkward bits.

Bailey Morris are excellent, make and repair props for everything from earth movers and trucks to race cars. They balance everything in house and are senibly priced too.
