Dash top removal any tips pleeze

I'm doing a recarpet on my 500 and I'm considering going the extra mile and redoing the alcantra bits in leather. The car is Imperial Blue, Magnolia seats and centre console, but the original owner specified Biscuit dash and door trim which I think looks crap. The centre console and door cards are allready out but I want to take the dash out (not just the wood bit), has anyone done it, can you offer some tips, there's nothing in the bible beyond the wood bit, any pointers greatly appreciated

Got the carpets back yesterday from the trimmers all piped up ready to go back in £50 for the piping £80 for the carpets an afternoon of my time cutting them out. The trimmer did say I could have got the carpet, better and cheaper from Coverdale in Wigan... hey-ho

With help from Mark mine was out in about an hour and a bit.Got to be a bit brutal to get the dash away from its mountings as they have usuallly been there for a while undisturbed.

Once you get the facia off and the glovebox, you can access all the mounting screws which are just below the windscreen.
Its not a big a task as you would imagine

Took mine out just to give it a proper clean up, as said just bolted in place under the screen, with the wood part and consule out shouldn't take you long at all.
