OPC having a laugh surely?

Just rang an OPC for the price on two rear Pirelli 285/30/18. Glad I was sitting down, £525! That is madness. Anyone had a more expensive quote?

does sound a lot. not that i usually leap to the defence of OPCs but to be fair to the local lot, when i rang around for 4 pirelli pzeros for my 968 they not only matched the best quote i'd had anywhere but fitted them and valeted the car f.o.c

You're joking right? A little bit of searching and I have it down to £450 and I'm sure with a little more effort that will drop further.

N4's from mytyres.co.uk for £340 plus fitting...
