Hey
Anyone know if there are any unsold enzo's left with ferrari? i know its an odd question but somone i know thats been after one for ages has been offered apparently the last unregistered enzo direct from fezza themselves. sounds like tosh to me, could it be anther cistomers car tha was never registered for road use? i thought the last one was the one that went for charity number 501 was it?

He insists on it being from ferrari hes goin over to the factory next week to take a look, it was supposed to be a managers car im not all that in my knowledge of ferrari but im sure he said montezuma or somthing of that ilk. anyway the good new is that upon purchase of this he will be on the invite list for the 2008/09 enzo replacment.

Apparently a couple more have been made to replace ones that were destroyed in crashes. Apparently they received the same chassis nos/VINs/etc. as the ones they were replacing.
That sounds very bizarre, are you sure? Where did you find that out? What is the source?

Probably not from Ferrari itself but a Ferrari dealer offering an unregistered car
I think there are still quite a few unregistered cars - iirc until recently Romans were offering one

IIRC James Glickenhaus had the worlds last unused, unregistered Enzo for his project car
How can that be when they did Enzo 400 for the Tsunami ?
This sounds like a complete pipe dream to me. And buying an Enzo doesn't qualify you for any list for the "next" one anyway.....
If it helps, there are at least half a dozen for sale at the moment, which is causing the prices to fall....a cheque for 500k might just buy you one, no matter what certain independents would try to have you believe.

There are a few rumours that there are up to 412 Enzos built. No-one can be sure when the official 'last' car was put together or who has it.

Is that the Romans of the famous "if we decide to sell" statement.
That place always confused me. Full of millions of pounds worth of automobiles but the whole place reeks of stale smoke and has an overwhelming cheap/dodgy atmosphere. Hope that hasnt directly offended anyone.

Did he say montezemolo?? Because hes the big boss at ferrari and i would feel honoured if i was offered his car!! good bit of history when it comes to resale too
