Budget Video recorder.

I want a budget video set up that I can use for track days and use on my boat for videoing wakeboarding.

I want the set up to be as cheep as chips, so if it gets damaged, lost or dropped in the water I wont be to upset.

It has AV in so I could use it with a bullet cam in the future if its any good.

There are loads of models like the one you've found. If I were in your shoes, Id try to find and read up on as many of them as possible, as similar better models are constantly being released, slowly closing the gap between terrible web cam footage and half decent video recordings. Sorry I cant be more help than that.
