Writing this whilst absolutely knackered, ive had an 11 hour round trip 10 of which were driving to have a look a this 06 chamleon orange sagaris:-

www.amsportscars.com/search.cfm

Im really in 2 minds

I absolutely love this colour, more than anything else ive seen TBH, but there are a couple of issues that im really not sure about.
1) The orange lamonta in the interior, if only it had been all black with orange stiching.
The door cards are half lamonta which is orange and the roof lining is lamonta which is orange too. I think maybe its too much. Would it be possible to have the lamonta on the door cards finished in the same black leather?

2) they were washing the car when i arrived and the front lense covers not only had condensation inside but lots of water droplets too. Would it still be possible to buy 2 front lenses covers and have them refitted?

After seeing it in that awesome colour its doing my head in cos others aspects are putting me off

Not sure whether you can get replacement lense covers, ive been told that if you remove them then they will almost certainly break.
Reply i got was t.a.d.t.sir.

I wonder how much it would cost to get the lamonta on the door cards done in leather

Had the whole interior of our Tam don by KRJ Trimmers of middlewich. Fab Job!

Give them a call for a quote on the door cards etc as the interiors are a bit similar?

I've got the same colour car, but the interiors different. I've got black interior and orange stitching like you want. I did want a car with more colour on the interior but I'm not sure that having it on the seats and doors is a good idea. Dirt and every day grime is going to mark and stain them, even if your careful. I've got the orange roof and it complements it well. Do the seat backs have orange paint too, mine went in yesterday for this to be done, as they were just black.

The only down side I see to this car is the seats and door trim getting dirty, other than that it a good price and an spectacular car.

Hi seat backs are black, if i bought it id get the orange bits on the door cards retrimmed with black leather, also the leather quality didnt look as good as in my 55 T350, a bit stretched in places.
Have you had any problems with your front light covers?

Reservations i have are how has the car been run in? The owner only did 500 miles in it then the dealer has done 1000

My front lenses do mist up in wet weather, I'm going to get them done on the warranty when it has a service, or I may do them myself, at least I will know there done right.
Its not that hard to do. Most of the time taken is re-sealing them so you don't get silicone everywhere.

Just bought a Halcyon Midas Saggy has all black leather inside, am thinking of getting some carbon leather on the door cards by KJR trimmers, have used them before they are good.

Also have on misting front lense and one rear? Seams a common proble.

Mine went back to the factory for this the 1st time, but didn't make much difference. I just ease them off and clean off the silicon and reapply carefully use masking tape to hold in place until dry. Takes 1 - 1.5 hours per side.
Just takes a bit of practice and take your time. I need to find a better silicon, something like silkofix etc.

Nick,

Priced a similar job up on my Tam and was quoted £300 for both door cards.

I phoned KJR today and they quoted me £ 90 per door card to replace the alcantara with leather. That sounds extremely cheap to me

The one covered in all their Logo's?
Wonder how well the paint will like having them taken off!

Smart car, have to admit - loved in when I sat in it - pricey tho!
