Idling problems .Advice please

Hello.
Has anyone got any idea's,on whot is causing the problem and how to fix it.

Starting the car from cold is ok and it will idle ok but when i've set of and coming upto a junction or to stop, the car cuts out.Will start again ok, but you need to keep gently touching the excellarator to stop it from stalling again.
When the car is fully warm say running at 85 / 90 degrees it stops and idles ok.

Could be a temp sensor going open circuit in a certain range I.E. whilst warming up, what speed does it idle at when it's okay and hot??

When fully warm and ok, it idles at between 1000 & 1100 rpm.
Do you have any idea which sensor's it might be.?
