Factory re-opening

Do I understand correctly, in that the Bristol Ave factory is going to re-open, albeit in a very limited capacity just to finish off the half-built cars? or are they going to try to finish them off elsewhere?

Just asking because I've missed all the other factory visits and I would really like to go there whilst the gates are unlocked, especially as it will definitely be the last opportunity.
