Why?

Because it happened to me .. and others have reported the same.

I can - just - understand the idiots who brake when they see a scamera, even though they are travelling at less than the posted speed limit.

But today takes the biscuit!

I was nearly rear-ended by an idiot travelling too close when I had to brake for the total cretin in front who decided that travelling at less than 25mph in a 30 limit necessitated a rapid reduction in said speed when rounding a bend to see ahead two gentlemen in yellow fluorescent jackets manning a ...
