Tarox .. Vgood ... too expensive for my liking ... GreenStuff .. had then on the car for 2 years now ... I failed to get them to fade on a morning blast across Salisbury Plain ..... repeated stops 100mph plus to 30 mph (France) and still going strong .. origional AP calipers and good old princess discs.

Might be time for some new rotors after LM

call Peninsula 01884 35341 ... speak to Richard or Niel, tell them what you want and they can deliver the next day if they have them in stock.

PS say hi from me if you do call them

Tarox.... Excellent.... Mintex good.... Ferodo DS2000 good and currently my fave. Green Stuff cheap and pretty but only slightly better than nothing. Very iffy from cold and eat discs like they are going out of fashion. Just awful.

Thought you might chip into this thread Steve! Have to agree about the Green Stuff though - haven't liked them at all. Mintex were favourite but as you know we can't get them for our brakes. So long since I've had an engine that makes the car go forward I have forgotten what it's like to need brakes or even what is on the car at the moment :-(

yes if you go to one of the TVR specialists . I've found an old box in the workshop for mintex 1155s fronts for my old SEAC the code is MINMLB52M1155 23C2
only i would recommend 1144 as the 1155 take a while to warm up . the code should be the same except replace 1155 for 1144.

Is your opinion based on road or track use Steve? I have used Green Stuff on my 390 for about three years, and have not had disc eating problems, and havn't noticed any problem from cold. Maybe I'm not driving fast enough

Both. In the Griff shopping trolley and in the 520 in sprinter nutter mode.
